1 - 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one training involves one-on-one instruction that incorporates exercise screening, goal-setting, meditation and health education. Following a fitness routine that’s designed to be challenging, educational and motivational for each individual's needs.
GROUP TRAINING
Group training is training with a partner or friend. We will often be doing different exercises that will involve using your full body at your own level of fitness or ability. A little friendly competition can go a long way, to help you transform your fitness through challenging team workouts that build in intensity each week. I'll push you beyond personal limits, while your partner or friend will inspire you to keep moving.
